My career in recruitment has been built on simple foundations:

Drive, being genuine, an active listener, technical know-how and an eagerness to assist others.

I’ve been fortunate to have mentors who’ve shared their experiences and knowledge with me.

I now try to do the same for my team.

The Queensland team are a tight bunch; we collaborate but more importantly have a shared philosophy of always doing the right thing for our clients and candidates. We’re often told it’s why we stand out.

I keep my finger on the pulse of the local market by spending time with business leaders and senior candidates. My aim, to listen and understand, and where relevant add some value to the conversation.

Ben hired me as a Consultant in his team at people2people, I reported to Ben for five years. Ben was a supportive manager who listens to his employees and always held me accountable on my deliverable's. During my time with people2people, I achieved some great awards, and this was thanks to Ben for his continuous support and guidance.

Ben have support me at both ends of the market , in securing a roll as well as suppling candidates for rolls we had. Have a very good knowledge of Brisbane market and understand both customer and client needs. Clear and accurate communication in caring for both parties.
How do I know Ben:  This consultant secured me an interview with a company
