I have worked with Jo to both hire at my job and as a candidate. Jo's communication is outstanding. Those check in calls are exactly what you need when anxious in the job market. Recruiters need to learn not to "wait" until a perfect job comes up to touch base. It's about a reputation and a relationship. Jo has those two down pat. She WILL be my go to recruiter for my next position.

Jo was fantastic, she gave me a clear overview of the position and the company. She was easy to talk to, I didn't feel just another person to place it was like she really cared that I got the position I was looking for. I would recommend Jo to anyone looking for a job as she takes the time to get to know you and help you.

I met with Jo yesterday, to enable her to better understand the role I would ideally like. As I am open to options this was easier to meet with her to explain this than trying to communicate this via and email or phone conversation, also I was on holidays when she contacted me. Jo explained the current work climate, recorded many notes, and advised she would provide my details to the colleagues in her team. Jo was very easy to talk with, who was cheerful and positive, in this not so positive time. I can not score the hiring effectiveness
