Kim started her career in recruitment in 2010 and has since gained a breadth of experience in Perth, Sydney and London. She has recruited for a wide range of law firms from sole practitioners through to some of the largest and most prestigious legal and professional services firms in the world. Having left people2people in 2015 to experience life in the UK, Kim has now returned to set up people2people in Perth and develop a successful Legal Support recruitment practice.

I have met with Kim and felt her to be very friendly and approachable. We had a good talk about what the current job market is doing and also regarding a role that she has coming up shortly. Kim's communication was excellent and I was able to convey what type of roles that I was interested in, both in permanent and temp roles. It was very encouraging to know that Kim was happy for me to contact her to say hi and ask ow things were going on a weekly basis to to advise if I was available for roles etc. Really great service. Kim gave me the impression that she is serious about finding the right people for the jobs and not necessary about making a profit from it unlike the other two interviews I went to in different recruitment agencies. Kim has been absolutely fantastic to work with. She has done an excellent job with finding me a position with a company that suits me perfectly in way of; role and location. I had a step-by-step walkthrough prior to my interview where she provided me with the appropriate preparation for the position I was applying for that helped me obtain a position with the said company.
