I love the pace of a temp desk, it’s the fast pace I have become accustomed to and I wouldn’t change that. My approach is honest and dedicated with customer satisfaction at the forefront. Within Business Support I recruit across some of the following areas- Customer Service, Administration, Data Entry, Reception, EA & PA, Operations, Human Resources, Project Coordination and Office Management – just to name a few.I may not send over 10 candidate options for one position but what I will send you is quality candidates who I truly believe will contribute to the growth of your organisation. I know this because I have studied the market, learnt about your organisation as well as taken the time to meet with this individual and discover things about them you can’t learn from reading a CV.

Kellie cares, she focuses on behavior and providing the right fit of candidates for my business. She is highly professional and looks after me and my temps
Having said this, I have been provided with candidates that are not right for my business. It was evident that these candidates were interviewed by other consultants of P2P, not Kelle because they seemed to be unreliable and displayed the same poor behavours. Hopefully, I will not experience repeated instances.

Kellie is extremely rude and unprofessional, and unwilling to accomodate towards people with disabilities, if you are ill or disabled i wouldn’t recommend her

Kellie ensured that I felt very comfortable and relaxed. She answered all my questions and built my confidence. She has been very encouraging.
It was great that Kellie sent me a link to the employer's business to facilitate my research. She also made sure I knew what was happening, providing updates so I didn't feel like I had been left hanging.
Prior to the more formal interview Kellie rang me and gave me some great advice eg providing examples and evidence rather than general statements. It's been a very good experience so far.

Kellie made contact with me regarding an executive appointment for one of her Clients. The appointment was for a 6 month contract. Kellie provided me with a "job description" for the role prior to our on line discussion. There is no doubt that my qualifications and experience are totally aligned with Kellie's Client's requirements. I was impressed with Kellie's interview manner and the depth of detail that she provided. Regrettably her Client required an immediate start date which, due to a current contract, I am unable to provide. (my earliest date is 03 November). Nevertheless, I trust that your recruitment offices will retain my details for review in the event that a similar contract opportunity may be presented to me for consideration.
