I was raised in a traditional Greek background. One where I was constantly reminded to work damn hard, be disciplined and invest wisely. It kind of makes senses why I fell into recruitment.

In recruitment, everything can change at the drop of a hat. This is what I love and thrive on. No day is ever the same.

The people2people leadership team have always empowered me to drive forward and create my own path. I still can’t believe six years have passed since my first day as an eager graduate, to where I am today: managing my own successful team.

I continually focus on how I can invest more in the team and lead better. Some of this must be working – the team keeps growing and continues kicking goals!

I have no plans to stop consulting and still love supporting great HR, Marketing and Executives to do what they do best: transforming successful businesses through their biggest asset – their people.

Christina is probably the most honest and genuine recruiter I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Originally applied for a role that I felt I’d be a good fit for on paper, however, after meeting Christina she quickly assessed my skills and capabilities and gave me the feedback that my abilities would be wasted in the role I’d initially enquired about. She then set about positioning me in the market with her contacts and reaching out to suitable companies that met my preferences which ultimately resulted in me securing the position I’m in today!

In an industry full of average (at best) – Christina is a consummate professional. She actually listens to you and only provides those candidates that meet the brief and could do the job. Deciding between several outstanding candidates is the best thing about dealing with Christina! Highly recommended without questions.
