I started out in in-house recruitment in the tech space before moving into agency with Hudson, where I specialised in Accounting & Finance across APAC.
That experience taught me pretty quickly that a good hire isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s about finding the right fit for both sides.
Now at people2people Recruitment, I recruit permanent A&F roles across Western Sydney, from transactional through to senior finance leadership. I work closely with clients to understand how their finance function actually operates and not just what’s written in the job ad.

My favourite placement was my first ever end-to-end client and candidate process where I business developed a new client and candidate on my own. I connected with a Singaporean CFO who has been based in Thailand over coffee when she came back to visit her family. I helped her hire an Accounting Manager for her team in Thailand. My first ever placement turned out to be an overseas one. Now based in Sydney, I am excited to see how these cross border connections can go!
