Aalia joined people2people’s Sydney based office in the October 2018 as the candidate manager of the temporary accounting team. Aalia role is to support the director and contact accounting specialist by sourcing top quality accounting talent. Aalia recently completed her degree in counselling, entering the world of recruitment shortly after. Aalia prides herself on establishing strong connections with candidates and ensuring they have a great experience within the p2p accounting team. Since then Aalia has established great candidate relationships and has taken that knowledge into the temporary specialist team, where Aalia prides herself on continuing to build strong candidate relationships.

I have just started to talk with Aalia, we will have an online meeting soon. However, I have asked to postpone it, as the work search is taking a toll on my mental health. Has been now 1.5 months after being made redundant. Had a few interviews,but nothing. It is very difficult, and without income, I am counting my days in London/UK.

Aalia, contacted me initially about a position out at Bella Vista. But I had just secured employment just before her phone call.
When that job finished, I phoned Aalia, to let her know, that I was looking for employment again.
She set up a team meeting on the computer. She had a really cheerful voice, and she made me feel really comfortable, while we were talking.
She told me that she will keep here eye out for another position for me.

I was more than satisfied with the way Aalia handled my application.. She has an excellent assessment of my skills and experience and is able to find me a role which suits my background. She was very good in providing feedback and would always touch base with me to check on my current availability and see if I am interested to apply for roles which matches my qualification, that they have in their pipeline. She has given me a detailed background of those roles and was able to secure an interview and even touched base with her after the interview . She kept me in the loop in regards to my application.
