I'm working as a Recruitment Consultant at Frog Recruitment Wellington, previously called Capital Recruitment, a people2people company. I recruit for temporary, fixed-term and permanent roles in the business support space.
I started off my recruitment career as a Candidate Manager at Capital, working across Policy & Advisory roles.
I have been nominated in the Top 5 for 'candidate care' at the people2people annual stride awards for 2022.
I graduated with a Master of Management focused in Communication from Massey University in 2019.

She started the interview well and asked relevant matters about my application to New Zealand. She is accommodating and welcomes all my questions. She just needs to introduce herself first before she will start her interview but aside from that she is absolutely an excellent interviewer.

Chitra had approached me few months ago with a role, but I had accepted other opportunity so missed out, Chitra still kept in touch as I was in a fixed term role, when I was ready to move on she presented me with a role that had just recently become available. Chitra has been extremely professional and proactive. She gave me all the information that I needed about the role and also helped me sort out some conversions I needed to do with regards to salary. I also found that she was knowledgeable about the Public Sector. I would highly recommend Chitra to my co-workers. Thank you

Chitra contacted me the day after I updated my profile on Seek as she was searching for EA's to fill a role she had. She is very pleasant on the phone and it was a pleasure having a Teams meeting with her. She has secured me a role with Health NZ for 3 months and the process has been very smooth so far, this seems to be due to the client wanting to fill the role asap.

I had an impromptu phone conversation with Chitra, she was very accommodating and listened to my requirements and what skills I had to offer. The next day she offered a more formal interview to gather further information and quickly submitted my cv to the Ministry to review.
I like her fast and efficient methods.
