Ho sempre creduto nell’importanza del fattore umano ovunque ed in qualunque contesto. L’ho concretizzato negli studi e nella vita lavorativa aiutando le aziende a capire e ad identificare insieme la persona più in linea con le loro necessità e la loro cultura organizzativa. Ad oggi penso alle Risorse Umane e al Recruiter come ad un partner imprescindibile per l’azienda e per la crescita del Business. Non credo di essere diversa dagli altri ma una cosa per me è veramente importante: capire, ascoltare, analizzare, trovare, e vedere crescere la persona giusta nel posto giusto.
I’ve always believed in the importance of the human factor everywhere and in any life context. For this reason I decided to get my Master's Degree in Psychology and to apply what I've learned in my every day life helping companies of different size across different sectors to understand and to identify the right person in base of their needs and their organizational culture. After the first five years as a Recruiter I consider the Human Resources Department as a crucial Business Partner, someone who is critical for the success and growth of the business. I do not know if I'm different from everybody else but one thing is really important for me: understanding, listening, analyzing, sourcing, and seeing the development of right person in the right job.
