Penso che fare il recruiter significhi saper andare oltre la richiesta del cliente.
Molto spesso il referente aziendale si fa un'idea del candidato ideale incontrando più persone. Per questo preferisco sempre presentare una rosa di candidati variegata. E spesso capita che chi viene assunto è proprio il candidato outsider, quello che sulla carta sarebbe stato subito scartato dall'azienda.
