I am 6 + years into my recruitment career now.
I am always recruiting Automation and Electrical Engineers. And I also work across a large variety of other engineering vacancies.
Typical Clients are: Systems Integrators, Machine Builders, Manufacturers, and consultancies of varying descriptions.
I have the flexibility and curiosity to learn and adapt to new technologies and jobs. So clients can tell me who I need to find and I'll do my best to that person. I like a high-quality yet efficient hiring process, good results fast.
I regularly assist job seekers to find what they are looking for too.

My favourite placement this year?
Helping someone out who was new to NZ. Their initial employment fell over because of a company decision and they were left in a pickle.
I knocked on the door of a company who could use this person's transferrable skills.
We navigated the visa hurdles with an Immigration Advisor.
Results: A new career path for this person in a field that will in the long term pay better for them, is in the city they wanted to live in, and this allowed their wife to also get a partner visa and get work.
The employer was also happy as people with this skillset are hard to find, and they are happy to do some on-the-job training.
