Julie, was lovely to speak to at initial meeting. I felt i had all the credentials and skills required for the role. After the meeting i was ask to extend on my explanation of experience for which i did . Then things went silent ! Had to send numerous texts and emails to even get a response to whether i had secured an interview. It was more then understandable if the company were still looking for another candidate , this became apparent as ii see it has been updated again on the People to People page today.
The process dragged out for over a week., i was really disappointed on not only missing out but the lack of communication.

I met Julie for the very first time recently and was immediately taken with her sincerity, professionalism, empathy and keenness to know my background, skills and career aspirations in order to assist with finding a suitable role. I was also impressed with her offer to assist with representation for any roles outside of the People2People realm.
I look forward to working with Julie further in order to secure a role during this incredibly difficult time.
In relation to the rating - I cannot yet comment or rate the Hiring Effectiveness as I have not had this experience yet - there was no ability to put N/A in given I have not yet had experience in order to rate it (so please ignore the 1 star).

I met Julie for an interview for a position I had applied for.
Julie presented as being very professional and knowledgeable. She was engaging while at the same time made you feel very comfortable and taking a genuine interest in you and your application.
She explained the details of the position and the company very well.
Julie was a pleasure to talk to and would highly commend her .
