As the Talent Acquisition Manager and part of the leadership team here in Lakeland, FL. My primary focus is sourcing, screening and hiring great talent for our customer service roles. I make sure my team is aligned with the daily and monthly goals of our stakeholders. I also assist in driving the internal and external culture with our community partners. My goals are to continue branding SYKES as a true community partner to help impact the economic development in Polk County and the city of Lakeland, FL.
