Kellie ensured that I felt very comfortable and relaxed. She answered all my questions and built my confidence. She has been very encouraging. It was great that Kellie sent me a link to the employer's business to facilitate my research. She also made sure I knew what was happening, providing updates so I didn't feel like I had been left hanging. Prior to the more formal interview Kellie rang me and gave me some great advice eg providing examples and evidence rather than general statements. It's been a very good experience so far.
