I found Sylvia professional, courteous, knowledgeable and approachable. My only suggestion regarding improvement would be for her to be able to make suggestions on improving the clients chances for employment, e.g. dress code, changes to resume, what to emphasize in a cover letter for the role, does the client need to do a follow-up on applications but this may not be possible under "code of conduct" rules
