Elizabeth called me and discussed my experience over the phone. I corrected her as my resume was out of date and explained the roles I've worked. Elizabeth explained that my profile was forwarded to her by Kellie who is another consultant. Elizabeth communicated well during the interview and asked good questions in relation to my short tenures and provided solutions to help my cv. She did mention that because of my CV being incorrect, the opportunites that are avalable have changed. More of the questions seemed to be business development questions in relation to my most recent employer as a potential client. I highly recommend having fewer touchpoints for candidates as it was confusing being referred to you by Kellie, interviewed by you, and then briefed on roles with Kellie.
