I have only met with Leanne for the first time today so my interactions are limited at this early stage. I will say that this is the first time I’ve met with a recruiter who appeared to be genuinely interested in me and my wants and needs for a possible future opportunity. This was so refreshing and I finished the meeting feeling heard and engaged with this process. I look forward to ongoing communication and meetings with Leanne throughout my future job seeking endeavours.
