Annie approached me via LinkedIn to fill a vacancy for one of her clients. She was open and clear about who the role was for and how long it would last for. During an interview with Annie, she provided some feedback received from the employer and I was very appreciative of this. She also was empathetic towards my personal situation and provided me with enough notice to potentially get ready for an interview with the employer. Good and relevant questions asked during the interview, as well as wanted to paint a picture of what skills I had (and perhaps not) when I reviewed the employer's job specification.
