I did not have a interview, you use a system that was not Compatible with our computer network. I did not realise that software need to be downloaded and I need to ask permission for our company to download the software.
As the company I work with use zoom for all its meetings

Hi Ronald, typically Microsoft Teams does not need to be downloaded so that is an issue on your end I am unable to fix. Microsoft Teams is the only system we are able to use for interviews due to confidentiality not being secure using zoom, it is also the program most of our clients use for online interviews due to the same reasons so we would be unable to assist you in finding employment if you are unable to be interviewed online.
