Microsoft Teams interview with Leanne was great. She is very informed about the current market as well as being honest. She confirmed my preferences so that she could find a fit between me and potential employers. I really feel like she is interested in helping me not just getting another skilled person on her list. I have not been hired but based on above experience have given 4 star for effectiveness as she really wants to help.
