I met with David yesterday and had a really positive meeting. Although there was no schedule time limit, we chatted for 1 hour 15 mins, so he really took the time to get an understanding of my background and experience. He provided some good advice on my CV and seemed to have solid knowledge of the current market. Please note that I only put the 'Hiring Effectiveness' rating mid range as we have only just met and yet to be put forward to any candidates so I have no history of this. Would recommend to others.
