In my 15 years in the professional workforce, I have never encountered a recruitment agent as honest and transparent as Samantha. Usually recruitment agents I have met in the past will try to sell the job to a prospective candidate to secure a hire and get a commission, but with Samantha it was very clear that she cared as much about the candidate's expectations and fit for the role as she does securing her client a candidate suitable for the role.
