Aiden is so lovely and easy to communicate with, however there was one time he couldn't get a hold of me via email so instead of calling or leaving a text message he reached out to someone else in the company. In future, it would be nicer to try and speak to the nominated person first before escalating. Otherwise, Aiden was very thorough with the job pick up and gave us two great options of candidates, both who would have been more than capable of doing the role.
