Mary has always been very efficient and responsive to our queries and needs. She was very attentive when I was settling into a management position at the VCAA. She was also particularly active and responsive recently in working to supply us with assistant investigators for the breach of rules project for the current VCE examinations. Her friendly disposition makes it easy to work with her.
