Looking for new growth opportunities, applied for a role with frog recruitment and got a call from Samantha within a few days explaining about the role and how its changed, I was still interested so she organised an interview with me over Teams and it was very thorough and confidential and she really boosted my self esteem and made me realise all the achievements I have done as I wasn't claiming any ownership for the processes put in place. It was a great interview. She understands what i am capable of what challenges I am looking for and hopefully i will secure the role. She was wonderful and I could explain to her easily what all I have done over the past 10 years and got to where I am now.
