James was very professional and the perfect person to conduct interviews as he is very calm and easy going, was able to draw out the information that was needed (I give long answers). He was able to discuss expected wages in a way that wasn’t awkward, sometimes that can be. James explained possible job roles and was honest and open about potential. It was obvious that he thinks outside the box. Smart chap.
