Lovely to deal with. Honest, organised and easy to talk to. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed and even shared a laugh or two with me. In particular I like that -whilst they were unavailable at the time- Katie offered to have her fellow colleague, Tom, join our meeting and/or call me with relevant roles he may be able to put me forward for. No other recruitment company has offered that and I think it is a great business practice that shows integrity to the client as well as the job-seeker. Overall, Katie is professional whist friendly and endearing which is quite an achievement. I have had quite a few meetings with recruitment personnel over the past week and Katie was a standout amongst them.
