I met with Melanie via an online Teams meeting. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and made the prospect of looking for a job feel less daunting. No option of not applicable for hiring effectiveness but with wishful thinking and how highly she ticks all the boxes in others areas I’m hoping 5 star will prove true.
