Its not about vinnie but before even conducting interviews , every consultant should check these 2 things with the candidate 1. What are salary expectations 2. Are they Ok working onsite or only hybrid Because interview involves time of both the interviewer and candidate and if these things doesnt match , there is no point conducting it .
