Julia is very easy to communicate with as well as she makes you feel at ease, which to me is an advantage when seeking employment. Prompt responding is also great from Julia. I can't rate her hiring effectiveness yet as I am still in the process to obtain an interview with an employer. The system does not allow me to leave out this option so I am forced to select a rating.
