I've been working in Recruitment since 1998 after graduating in Economics and a Master degree in HR Management.
I then became also a Professional Coach and a Manager within my organization.
I'm passionate about people and about values, behaviors, skills they bring at work.
I focus on managerial and executive positions, I work for different types of industry (Food, Consumer goods, Automation Machinery, Medical Devices, Insurance and Banking, and so on).
