I have worked within the Recruitment Industry within the United Kingdom for 25 years, 4 of which have been spent in Insurance Recruitment, 4 years in Investment Banking recruitment and 17 years within IT recruitment. My market sector knowledge in recruitment is vast and unique and I have taken steps to learn and study specific topics within each sector so I am a subject matter expert. Throughout my career in recruitment, I have performed to a high level and also won Recruitment awards within Recruitment Sales and Business Development.I  am very knowledgeable in my specialised field which is Information Technology as I have taken time to attend courses and gain qualifications within my specialised field. I have developed apps and have developed programmes within Java, .net, Python etc. This allows me to know exactly what my clients' needs are and what my candidates do in there jobs on a daily basis, which separates me from the competition within the IT Recruitment Industry. I am a highly motivated, professional and successful business professional who works well under pressure, and I have the ability to always be closing deals and bringing on new clients. I feel that I have had many challenges in my career to date which I have overcome, and I feel confident and competent that no challenge is too difficult for me. I am passionate about what I do and if I cant find a way to a solution I will make a way to the solution.  I have mastered the IT recruitment Industry in London over the past 15 years where I have worked for some corporate recruitment businesses. I  have specialised in a number of key areas, which include,  Web Development (Java, .Net, C#, JavaScript,) Mobile development (IOS, Android). The IT Recruitment industry is where my passion and purpose now lies and I believe where I will stay for the remainder of my career. My passion and purpose are to continue helping new candidates and clients to be content in their new career and hires.
