Hi, thanks for checking out my page!A quick summary about me:I began my career working with clients within the Banking & Finance space for 5 years, before ditching my corporate suits for sneakers in my in-house talent acquisition career in Video Games & now with Uber. I've done a full range of roles - 360 recruiting, Campus and now a specialised Sourcer (aka internal headhunter) working on hard to fill & senior roles for Uber.Functions that I have recruited for since my start of career in 2012 includes:AccountingBanking - Middle Office functions, Product Control, Risk & Valuations Video Games (global hiring) - Programming (Tools, general C++, Physics, AI, Graphics, Gameplay etc), Art, Animation, QA, UX/UI, Production....G&A Functions - Recruitment, HR, Communications, Finance, LegalOutside of my daily sourcing work, I am also passionate about process improvement and I have rolled out a couple of initiatives around interview process changes, to new marketing materials for relocating candidates. ---On the days that I am not recruiting, I am spending my time making digital art, reading, and cooking recipes from home that I miss dearly.
